This shop gave me five-start service. Stacy kept me updated on my vehicle and the repairs it needed. Now-a-days it's very hard to find an honest shop that cares and doesn't want to take all your money on unnecessary repairs. I called and was told to dropped my vehicle off that night and they would look at it first thing in the morning. I dropped it off Thursday night and it was fixed Friday afternoon. Honest people, quality work. Fair labor rate compared to other shops out there. Have already recommended to my neighbors.

I would recommend MasterTech Auto Care to family & friends. The staff are very nice, knowledgeable, informative, and professional. What I also was impressed with is that they sent me pictures of what needed to be repaired with notes, I was able to pay online, and because it was after hours before I could pick up my car, the key was left in a secured lockbox for pickup. Awesome customer service!

I like how everything is computerized and shows details of the service plus it shows what is in need of repair now and what will eventually need to be repaired with explanations. After replacing numerous parts I had my 99 Durango towed here to figure out the ignition problem. Two days later I had my truck back. Turned out to be a faulty battery terminal. (Which I had also just replaced 6 months prior) Stacy and Joel were down to earth and easy to talk to. They got that old school passion you don't find anymore so I'll definitely be returning for anything else I can't handle. HIGHLY recommend this shop! Thanks guys.

We have become a regular customer at MasterTech Auto Care and they always perform quality work and repairs. Our last visit was for cooling system issues, loosing coolant along with no heat. This was on an older vehicle but once again thanks to this repair shop it's running great and I'm very happy. Both Stacy and Joel provide awesome customer service as well.
